We are often asked, how much bandwidth does EngagePHD use?

Bandwidth requirements are relative to the number of screens, the frequency in which the screens will be updated with new content and the amount (file size) of content being updated.  Each screen is configured to perform a health check every 5 minutes (default) and send back a screen shot every 10 minutes (default).  A health check is just <1KB of data and a dashboard screen shot averages around 400KB of data.  The default values can be made more frequent or less frequent based on customer requirements and possible bandwidth restrictions.
