Setting Up iOS App

Our EngagePHD iOS App is available within the App Store.

1) Download the EngagePHD iOS App from the App Store to your iOS device.  

2) When you launch the App for the first time you will be prompted to enter a DeviceID which you can get from the Player Record. (Please contact your sales contact if you need to buy additional licenses).  Once you've entered the DeviceID the App will then be ready for you to schedule your content.

3) If for some reason you need to change the DeviceID, from the Player Record, select Player Action and choose 'Firmware', this will force the App to bring up the dialogue box to change the DeviceID.
